Notes
This cartoon of Charles Chase (Chippy) and Dana Gibson is probably a scene from Stuart Chapin's wedding to Chouteau Dyer in the 1950s (Chapin had previously been married to a cousing of Ruth Baldwin Folinsbee). The wedding took place on the shore of Montsweag Bay, and the cartoon likely depicts Chase and Gibson getting a picture of Stuart and Chouteau heading off on their honeymoon on Stuart's lobsterboat/yacht, Juniper.--Peter B.
