Signed lower right: John Folinsbee; on verso estate stamp B69; label: Phillips Mill Community Association/ "Celebrating 75 Years of Art" Invitational Retrospective Exhibition June 18 - July 17, 2005/ Shad Fisherman on the Delaware; written in pencil on frame verso (not in artist's hand): "20 1/4 x 24 1/4 exact/ special slightly tool the entire surface as we do and round the corners slightly as before/ prepare in french brown clay silver metal rub = slightly so not to spotly clear [lae?] carefully 493 tone as had"; oil paper with swipes of paint is pasted on verso of board.
